Frequently asked questions

Answers to your questions

Find answers about the ecosystem, tokenization, custody, compliance and platform usage.

What is the difference between NGF and the Ordinals?

NGF•BTC•AM is the fungible utility token that grants access to the ecosystem. Project Ordinals are security tokens that represent economic rights over a specific project. They are assets with clearly separated functions.

How does the tokenization process work?

It follows 6 phases: due diligence, Ordinal certificate creation, issuance of the NGF Rune, definition of the MAST smart contract, registration and monitoring, and access to liquidity in P2P markets.

What do I need to participate in a project?

You must hold NGF in your wallet (without spending it) and verify your TXID. The Ordinal inscription with the project's economic rights is then issued.

How is the custody of my assets secured?

Funds reside in a 3/5 multi-signature address, verifiable on the Bitcoin mainnet, with per-SPV isolation and public proof of reserves.

Under what regulatory framework does NESGESFinance operate?

We operate under MiCA, the Clarity Act and the FATF Travel Rule. NGF is classified as a commodity and Ordinals as security tokens registered under Reg D / Reg A+.

What levels of KYC verification are there?

Three levels: Basic (read access with low limits), Standard (tokenization and Ordinals) and Enhanced (investments above USD 10,000 and institutional).

In which jurisdictions is the service available?

Supported jurisdictions are subject to region-specific legal disclosures. Review our legal documentation for more detail.

Can I use Lightning for ecosystem payments?

Yes. The Lightning gateway enables instant BTC and NGF payments, and Taproot Assets allows wrapping Runes and Ordinals for micropayments.
