NESGESFinance reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any functionality, and to restrict access according to eligibility, jurisdiction and compliance criteria. Platform content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute advice of any kind.
Privacy policy
We collect and process personal data only for the legitimate and necessary purposes of the service, applying minimisation and limited retention principles. KYC/AML verification data is processed off-chain with security controls; only non-reversible cryptographic references may be recorded on Bitcoin when legally admissible and where they do not directly or indirectly identify a person. Storage of personal or biometric data on Bitcoin L1 is prohibited.
Risk disclosure
Structuring real assets involves technical, legal, market, liquidity and custody risks. The value of assets and any associated digital record may fluctuate. Bitcoin L1 is a verifiable record layer, but it does not replace contractual rights, due diligence or legal compliance. Participants must conduct their own research and, where applicable, obtain independent professional advice before participating.
